SCF-DAT Self-Cleaning Filter

The SCF-DAT fully automatic filter machine consists of multiple filtering units and cleaning units.

SCF-K Self-Cleaning Filter

Monitor the pressure difference at the water inlet and outlet through the differential pressure switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor.

SCF-Y Self-Cleaning Filter

Dirty water enters the machine through the inlet, and impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter mesh, causing a pressure difference.

SCF-B Self-Cleaning Filter

Dirty water enters the machine through the inlet, and impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter mesh, causing a pressure difference.

SCF-A Vertical Self-Cleaning Filter

Dirty water enters the machine through the inlet, and impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter mesh, causing a pressure difference.

SCF-W Fully Automatic Suction Self-Cleaning Filter

Dirty water enters from the filter inlet and first passes through a coarse filter screen to remove larger particles of impurities.

SCF-L Fully Automatic Suction Filter

Dirty water enters from the filter inlet and first passes through a coarse filter screen to remove larger particles of impurities.

SCF-N Self-Cleaning Filter

Dirty water enters the machine through the inlet, and impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter mesh.

DFW Disc Filter (Stacked Filter)

The surface of the filter disc is engraved with fine grooves, and the angles of the grooves on adjacent discs differ, resulting in many groove intersection points (see the right figure). The number of groove intersection points varies for discs of different specifications.

SCF-H Multi-Column Backwash Filter

The backwash filter consists of several parts including the tank body, filter columns, backwash structure, reducer, electric valves, differential pressure controller, and electric control box. The tank body is divided into upper and lower chambers by a baffle; the upper part is the clean water zone, and the lower part is the turbid water zone, which are completely separated. Several stainless steel filter columns are installed on the baffle. The raw water to be treated enters the turbid water zone through the inlet, then flows upward through the water distribution holes on the baffle into the inner cavity of the filter columns.

Alkali Solution Filtration Unit

The filtration unit allows water to enter the filter barrel internally through a horizontal tangential inlet. Centrifugal force causes glass bottle residues with a specific gravity greater than water to swirl into the conical body and settle, preventing them from entering the filter mesh.
