Bag filter machine (normal temperature type and insulation type) is a multi-purpose filtration device with novel structure, small size, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, sealed operation, and strong applicability.
The bag filter machine is a pressure-type filtration device, mainly composed of filter cylinder, filter cylinder cover, quick-opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh, and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter machine shell. The filter bag itself is installed inside the reinforcement mesh basket. The liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine allows very convenient filter bag replacement, with almost no material consumption during filtration.

Bag filter operation and precautions
The machine is simple to operate. When in use, just install the filter bag of the required fineness level inside the filter cylinder, check whether the O-ring seal is intact, then tighten the ring bolts of the filter cylinder cover, and it can be put into operation.
After the pump starts, the pressure gauge on the filter machine slightly rises, with an initial pressure of about 0.05MPa. As the usage time increases, the filter residue inside the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the machine should be stopped, the cylinder cover opened, and the filter bag residue checked. The filter bag can be replaced and continued to be used (filter bags can generally be reused after cleaning).
The filter machine pressure is generally adjusted between 0.1-0.3MPa, which is more appropriate. It can be adjusted through the return pipeline or the return valve on the pump. Excessive filtration pressure will damage the filter bag and protective mesh, so special attention is needed.

Paint, beer, vegetable oil, pharmaceuticals, chemical products, petroleum products, textile chemicals, photosensitive chemicals, electroplating solution, milk, mineral water, hot solvents, latex, industrial water, sugar water, resin, ink, industrial wastewater, fruit juice, edible oil, waxes, etc.

 Dirty water enters from the filter inlet, first passing through the coarse filter screen to remove larger particles, then reaching the fine filter screen. During filtration, the fine filter screen gradually accumulates dirt and impurities from the water, forming a filter impurity layer. Because the impurity layer accumulates on the inside of the fine filter screen, a pressure difference forms on the inside and outside of the fine filter screen. When the pressure difference of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value, a switch signal is sent to the control box PLC system to start a cleaning cycle. Cleaning process: The cleaning mechanism of the fully automatic negative pressure suction filter is a stainless steel spiral up-and-down moving suction scanner. It is hollow in structure, with several suction nozzles vertically distributed at certain distances along its axis. The inside of the suction scanner communicates with the 3” drain valve. When the drain valve opens, the pressure difference between the internal water pressure of the filter and the external atmospheric pressure generates strong suction at each suction nozzle. At each suction nozzle, water flows rapidly from outside to inside in reverse, washing impurities attached to the inner wall of the filter screen into the suction nozzle, through the hollow shaft of the suction scanner, then discharged through the drain valve, completing the cleaning process which takes about 30-60 seconds. At this time, the pressure difference returns to normal, the cleaning process ends, and filtration resumes. During cleaning, the system continues to flow.
