SCF-QP Full-process Integrated Water Treatment Device
The SCF-QP series integrated water treatment device is developed to address the four common problems in various circulating water systems: corrosion, scaling, bacteria and algae, and water quality deterioration. It is an integrated water treatment device that replaces the treatment process requiring multiple devices with a single unit, thereby replacing traditional treatment methods. It features comprehensive water quality optimization, scale prevention and removal, corrosion inhibition, sterilization and algae elimination, and ultra-clean filtration functions. With an electromechanical integrated design and purely physical treatment methods, it requires no chemical agents, has low resistance, high flow rate, very low operating costs, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
Dirty water enters from the filter inlet, first passing through the coarse filter screen to remove larger particles, then reaching the fine filter screen. During filtration, the fine filter screen gradually accumulates dirt and impurities from the water, forming a filter impurity layer. Because the impurity layer accumulates on the inside of the fine filter screen, a pressure difference forms on the inside and outside of the fine filter screen. When the pressure difference of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value, a switch signal is sent to the control box PLC system to start a cleaning cycle. Cleaning process: The cleaning mechanism of the fully automatic negative pressure suction filter is a stainless steel spiral up-and-down moving suction scanner. It is hollow in structure, with several suction nozzles vertically distributed at certain distances along its axis. The inside of the suction scanner communicates with the 3” drain valve. When the drain valve opens, the pressure difference between the internal water pressure of the filter and the external atmospheric pressure generates strong suction at each suction nozzle. At each suction nozzle, water flows rapidly from outside to inside in reverse, washing impurities attached to the inner wall of the filter screen into the suction nozzle, through the hollow shaft of the suction scanner, then discharged through the drain valve, completing the cleaning process which takes about 30-60 seconds. At this time, the pressure difference returns to normal, the cleaning process ends, and filtration resumes. During cleaning, the system continues to flow.

SCF-QP Full-process Integrated Water Treatment Device
Product Performance Features:
The SCF-QP series full-process integrated water treatment device is developed to address four common problems in various circulating water systems: corrosion, scaling, bacteria and algae, and water quality deterioration. It replaces the traditional treatment process that requires multiple devices with a single unit, thus substituting conventional methods. It features comprehensive water quality optimization, scale prevention and removal, corrosion and rust inhibition, sterilization and algae elimination, and ultra-clean filtration. With an electromechanical integrated design and purely physical treatment method, it requires no chemical agents, has low resistance, high flow rate, very low operating costs, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
The full-process integrated water treatment device mainly consists of a high-quality carbon steel shell, specially structured stainless steel filter mesh, high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, and sewage discharge device. The automatic type (SP model) adds a control unit, sensors, and electric sewage discharge device on the basis of the manual type, enabling automated operation without manual intervention. The automatic cleaning type (QP model) further includes a self-cleaning device on the automatic type, allowing the filter unit to clean itself, making the device's functions more complete.
Working Principle:
1. Scale removal and prevention: Uses alternating electromagnetic fields of a certain frequency to treat water, preventing calcium and magnesium ions from combining with carbonate ions to form calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, thus achieving scale prevention.
2. Sterilization and algae elimination: Uses high-frequency electromagnetic waves of specific frequencies to penetrate the cell walls of bacteria and algae in the water, directly destroying the enzyme systems essential for bacterial survival, thereby preventing bacteria from absorbing glucose and stopping their metabolism, achieving sterilization and algae elimination; simultaneously, wedge-shaped filter elements in the filter block impurities in the water and discharge them with sewage.
3. Corrosion prevention and pollution removal: Uses the radio frequency effect field generated inside the energy release device to treat the flowing water. Through specific frequency conversion and based on the "skin effect" principle, a dynamic negatively charged enriched layer forms on the inner wall of the pipes, disrupting the electrochemical reactions that cause rust, preventing pipe corrosion, and reducing yellow and black water phenomena.
4. Purification and filtration: The principle uses gradient isolation, corona effect, and combined comprehensive filtration system; the corona effect adsorbs and blocks metal ions, suspended solids, humic substances, and other impurities in the water, which are then discharged with backflush sewage, effectively reducing yellow and black water phenomena, lowering water color and turbidity, and controlling water quality.
