Self-cleaning filters can effectively remove accumulated impurities in the water, significantly reducing energy consumption; secondly, self-cleaning filters achieve online cleaning without interrupting flow, ensuring system flow throughout the circulation system; thirdly, self-cleaning filters require no manual operation, especially for some high-temperature water, greatly reducing labor intensity and risk; fourthly, self-cleaning filters can be remotely monitored and controlled online through PLC systems, facilitating the inspection of system stability. It is also necessary to establish effective monitoring methods for circulating cooling water systems, monitor water quality stability online, and accurately control the dosing of circulating water chemicals. Intelligent monitoring technology and data acquisition systems have made significant progress, and by calculating the scale inhibitor's inhibition rate, the scale inhibition effect can be evaluated. A method for evaluating the scale inhibition effect of water treatment technology before scale prevention technology evaluation has been proposed. Despite various tests and selections, online optimization of on-site water treatment schemes has not been completed.
