Suction Filter

Dirty water enters from the filter inlet and first passes through a coarse filter screen to remove larger particles of impurities.

Water Storage Unit

The water storage unit is a unit suitable for circulating water system treatment, including the DIS (Double Isolation) system that precisely separates solids and liquids in the pipeline water.

Shallow sand filter

Mechanical activated carbon filters are generally used in the pretreatment process of water treatment projects, mainly to remove mechanical impurities, colloids, microorganisms, organic matter, and active chlorine. The shell materials typically include PE, rubber-lined steel, steel with plastic spray coating, steel with epoxy anti-corrosion, stainless steel, and fiberglass. Depending on different process requirements, the filter media usually include quartz sand, activated carbon, manganese sand, and anthracite. According to the water inlet method, filters can be divided into single-flow filters and double-flow filters. They can also be classified as vertical or horizontal based on site requirements. Depending on the actual situation, they can be used in combination or independently.

Dosing Device

Using a time program control, the automatic dosing cycle, dosing amount, dosing time, and dosing frequency are first set according to the system's operational needs. During the subsequent system operation, when the dosing cycle arrives, the metering pump automatically starts dosing and stops at the specified time; during the sewage discharge cycle, the metering pump stops dosing, and after the specified time, the metering pump resumes to replenish the chemicals lost due to sewage discharge, maintaining the chemical concentration in the system at a normal level. The metering pump stops again at the specified time.

SCF-HX Solid-Liquid Separator

The solid-liquid separator uses the principle of centrifugal separation for decontamination. Since the inlet pipe is installed at an eccentric position of the cylinder, when water passes through the inlet of the cyclone separator, it first forms a downward oblique circumferential flow along the tangential direction of the cylinder. The water rotates and moves downward, and when it reaches a certain part of the cone, it then rotates upward along the axis of the cylinder. Finally, it is discharged through the outlet pipe.

SCF-SY Hand Crank Brush Filter

The hand-cranked brush filter is a simple and efficient filter, composed of a filter cylinder, stainless steel mesh (wedge wire mesh, perforated mesh), a stainless steel brush with a handle, a pressure gauge, a drain valve, and other components. When impurities accumulate on the filter mesh, a pressure difference occurs between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the process requirement, cleaning is required. During cleaning, there is no need to disassemble any parts of the filter; simply open the drain valve and rotate the handle 3-4 turns to easily achieve effective cleaning.

Y-type filter

The SCF-Y type filter is a small device used to remove solids contained in liquids. It can protect compressors, pumps, and other equipment and instruments to ensure normal operation and functioning, achieving a stable process and ensuring safety. Additionally, it plays a very important role in improving product quality. The Y-type series filters are suitable for steam, air, kerosene, water, weakly corrosive gases, and liquids.

Basket Filter

The core part of the filter is the filter element. The filter element consists of a filter frame and a stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a consumable part and requires special protection.

Cyclone Sand Separator

Can be used as a pre-separation device before fine filters or bag filters, which can reduce the consumption of fine filters or bag filters, extend the life of the filtration system and water treatment system, and reduce maintenance downtime and filter material replacement costs.

SCF-QP Full-process Integrated Water Treatment Device

The SCF-QP series integrated water treatment device is developed to address the four common problems in various circulating water systems: corrosion, scaling, bacteria and algae, and water quality deterioration. It is an integrated water treatment device that replaces the treatment process requiring multiple devices with a single unit, thereby replacing traditional treatment methods. It features comprehensive water quality optimization, scale prevention and removal, corrosion inhibition, sterilization and algae elimination, and ultra-clean filtration functions. With an electromechanical integrated design and purely physical treatment methods, it requires no chemical agents, has low resistance, high flow rate, very low operating costs, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
